We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation to the carrier. Please inspect deliveries promptly and notify us of any issues or disputes within 5 days of estimated arrival.
Returns and Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with any Beckham Hotel Collection® product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the item’s purchase price. We do not refund original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
Some products like bedding bundles are non-returnable. Please check individual product pages for return eligibility. Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging included. Used, worn, or damaged items cannot be refunded.
